Written by July 6, 2021 – This morning John Klick gave an overview of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) made popular by Gino Wickman in his book Traction. His presentation was broadcast by Craft Beer Professionals and organization founded by Andrew Coplon.
The reason for this post is John gave an excellent description of EOS for Craft Brewery Owners. In reality any business owner who is frustrated by the status quo will benefit from watching. I was first introduced to EOS by Doug Hall a local implementer in the Pacific Northwest. EOS is a great compliment to what Peter Viliesis and I do with our Business Value Protection Planning System.
